  • This pedal is a kick. I love mine. Haters can hate but I have A LOT of experience with bass distortion.. from dedicated bass dirt to modding black Russian muffs to make them Green, and I tell you this thing is sweet. I will tell you that those who slam this pedal haven't spent enough time on it. I don't blame them, its only 4 knobs, how hard can it be? I spent 15 min. and found a usable mix of dry and dirt that I am very happy with. I sold my Bass Muff and use this now. With the mods, it is a real sleeper.
  • Good Points: The fact that you can use it as a clean boost and dial in as little or as much dirt as you want makes it a keeper. Not to mention there are several mods for this thing to get a smoother and thicker dirt signal from it. I feel sorry for those not patient or smart enough to use this pedal to its fullest potential.
  • Bad Points: They are rare and hard to find ime. They are plastick.

  • not a bad bass distortion. works okay as a guitar distortion. not the creme de la creme of distortions, to be sure, but its a good cheap bass distortion. not worth the retail price, but definitely worth buying cheap or receiving for free or in a trade. great beginner pedal. has it particular function and uses.
  • Good Points: cheap. can take a lot of abuse. did i mention is was cheap? the feedback is not noisy or loud. feedback loop is basic and clean cut. has its uses if you are creative & broke.
  • Bad Points: battery cover on mine won't stay down. signals are limited. not a great pedal for kick ass distortion or a brutal, harsh wall of noise. design is kind of ugly. the box it comes in is better looking than the pedal.
