  • Only used this one a couple of times. It eats some of the signal, and the phaze effect sounds kind of plastic. But when I use it together with my Boss Superchorus, some of my preamps, a Boss heavy metal distortion and a little bit of equaliser its good enough to make the sound more atmospheric or harsh. Just as the Ibanez cyberdrive in the same serie it ads a lot of unexpected hissing. It is a pedal for someone who needs would like to use the phaser together with a bunch of other effects. Not for someone who needs a big fat phaser sound.
  • Good Points: Good enough to make the sound more atmospheric or harsh if it is used together with a bunch of other effects. Sometimes it makes some unexpected odd clicks and crunch sounds. Many people sell these ones very cheap.
  • Bad Points: The sound is a little bit too plastic. It sometime makes odd clicks and crunch sounds, I like it, but I guess some of you will find that very annoying. Lots of hissing. I would like the effect to be louder. This wont do as a standalone effect for atmospheric background sounds.

  • Glad I didn't plunk down any more money than I did for this... the phase effect wasn't nearly as distinct and potent as some other phasers I've heard (Boss, MXR), and it sucked down tons of my signal, leaving an anemic little swishy sound. Chaining it behind other pedals solved some of the issues of signal loss, but made using it a moot point, since the phasing got lost behind more powerful fx. Feels cheap, acts cheap, and I wasn't keen on the little knobs, either. I got frustrated and ended up circuit bending it beyond recognition... now it's a source of pure evil.
  • Good Points: Cheap on Ebay.
  • Bad Points: Eats signal, weak phasing, itty-bitty knobs.
