Behringer Eurorack Mixer MX802A

Behringer Eurorack Mixer MX802A

The Behringer Eurorack Mixer MX802A has four mono mic/line channels with invisible mic preamps plus two stereo channels perfect for keyboards, MIDI equipment or other stereo sound sources and a 2-track input/output for recording and playback in a mixer small enough to carry in your board luggage. In spite of its size, you'll find great 3-band equalizers in each channel plus switchable low-cut filters in the mono channels, two aux sends, two stereo returns, phantom power and accurate peak LEDs and level meters. • This will be short....The one my firnd had was the Xenyx version. A friend of mine had one of these pieces of shit. Never buy a behringer mixer, sure they are cheap, but you know the old saying you get what you pay for. His mixer lasted a little over a year. After about 6 months it started getting glitchy. No on /off button, no channel mutes. Really it only has 4 usable inputs . The power supply is total shit. The mixer just died. Worked earlier that day and just died. I use a Peavey PV6 mixer. Great mixer and it's cheaper than this piece of shit. My knees will wear out before that Peavey does......
  • Good Points: It's cheap
  • Bad Points: Cheap poorly built no on / off switch crappy power supply dies soon after purchase You can do better, and usually for less money!!!!
  • Price Paid: US$140.00

  • This is ESSENTIAL in my set-up. I first started with a 502 to get my feet wet with mixers, but am thankful I found a used 802!! More channels/more EQ to tweak PLUS an additional FX channel to mix more crazy stuff into your sound. I'm still working on different ways to use this and will for a long time to come!
  • Good Points: - solid construction - 4 XLR connections - a lot of tweakable EQ - tape inputs - phantom power - additional FX send/return
  • Bad Points: not a one!!
  • Price Paid: US$30.00
  • Purchased At: Daddy's Junky Music
