  • I had this thing for just a couple of days, and I returned it to the shop. It was hissy, and fuzzied the sound when using specially the DEPTH knob. I was expecting to have some Boss Bf-2´s sound, but it would be impossible. The only fun thing I did was playing with those weird alien sounds. ; (
  • Good Points: Maybe I liked its color and the funny yet useless alien sounds.
  • Bad Points: Sounds hissy, sounds artificial, sounds bad. ; (

  • I have mixed feelings about the UF100...it either stands out or completely fades into the mix, and it is completely unpredicable in this sense, no matter where I seem to move it. Basically I hit it every once and a while and hope it does something. This can be frustrating but when it works it really stands out; the rate knob is useful for creating pulsating or sweeping sounds, depending where you set the rate. The depth and manual knobs are quite useful too. The biggest complaint is of course the cheap plastic case.
  • Good Points: -cheap -Can get some really neat sounds out of this pedal at times, can be quite loud.
  • Bad Points: -cheap; plastic body -can completely disapear in the mix; unpredictable

  • I picked up this flanger at a retail store on a whim, figured cheap pedal, why not. Boy was I surprised when I plugged this thing in! I got everything from machine gun bursts to a complete wash to a super high pitched screech. That was in the first 15 min. After an evening playing on this monster, it amazed me with all the crushing sounds I could wrench from it. I had it in a chain with a Digitech deathmetal pedal, smoke pack amp ,mic, and a crappy Danelectro echo. As with all pedals in this price range you can't ask for much in the way of construction. It's a very basic design with four nobs....four plastic nobs. The plastic housing seems sturdy enough but a couple of good drops would probably destroy it. For the money you can't go wrong with this pedal, I paid 30 bucks and it's worth every cent. Great for the beginner noise fanatic.
  • Good Points: tons of sounds, basic design ,easy to use. cheap, cheap great for novice noise makers
  • Bad Points: cheesy look, green plastic plastic nobs plastic housing
