  • Hadn't used this in aaaaaages til I dug it out last nite..... intensity i'd say is subtle to moderate. Bought out nice pixelated brightness in my Blue Box (unlike the Boss PH-3 which can be rather gloomy sounding IMO).
  • Good Points: -Tone is colourful -Rugged contruction (I have the metal version)
  • Bad Points: --Even on it fastest setting this may be a little too subtle for super-harsh noise.

  • A really chintzy plastic box, but a decent if not particularly distinctive phaser. It doesn't have the hugest variety of sounds -- it varies from a virtually non-existent slight warble to a really thick full phase, but there isn't a huge amount of ground available in between these extremes, which is a problem. I do get some use out of it, though, basically using it as just an on/off type effect, with all the settings cranked and just stomping it on or off as needed for a few brief blasts of lush phasing. Or set it more moderately and leave it on pretty much all the time in a chain to add just a hint of subtle phasing. But hey, it's cheap, I don't mind paying so little for a lousy little effect I'll use once in a while.
  • Good Points: - good sound on its max settings - can get some decent subtle sounds in the middle range
  • Bad Points: - crappy plastic construction - knobs are poorly placed - not much variety of sounds

  • so i got this totally as a joke. it was cheap, i like the color, and heck, id be the only guy in town with a chinese made pedal...well this pedal aint know joke...behind that crappy wannabe ibanez soundtank (what a shit line by ibanez by the way), is a very luch phaser, with a great dynamic range, comparable to, if not surpassing (which i think it does on some respects), the dod stereo phaser. my biggest complaint about this is the construction, ala the knob placement...other than that its got better plastic than those ibanez soundtanks could ever hope for...recomended...
  • Good Points: suprisingly lush and dense phaser very good range all around decent sound quality cool color solid plastic
  • Bad Points: horrible placement of knobs and battery cover, fat fingered people beware...
