  • this is an old unit made by a long defunct company - early eighties. sounds great, 1 second of delay, with switches that go from sounds great in floops, nice and squishy. preamp distorts nicely when you push it, a nice mid-rangey distortion. mine broke when i brought it to a show in the trunk of my car. (it was really cold, which may have had something to do with it.)
  • Good Points: Cheap (i got mine as a gift) good for flanging/comb filter effects - as little as 1 ms of delay. very analog-ish character for a digital delay. warm, etc. infinite repeat function. modulation (range and depth).
  • Bad Points: old, hence potentially unreliable. infinite repeat function always uses the longest buffer, so no 5 ms stutter effects. could use more repeats, but if you put it in a mixer fb loop you can fix this. be sure you get the 1024, not the 512, which has half the delay time.
