Ampeg Analog Delay A-8
The Ampeg A-8 Analog Delay pedal uses a bucket-brigade delay chip to produce its echo effect. Its Delay Time control sets the spacing between the original signal and the repeats, ranging from short slapback to longer echoes. The Repeats control adjusts the number of times the delayed signal recirculates, with higher settings creating more sustained, decaying repeats that can approach self-oscillation. The Mix control blends the dry, unaffected guitar signal with the delayed signal, allowing for subtle doubling or pronounced, wet echoes. The pedal features a true bypass footswitch that preserves the guitar's tone when the effect is disengaged. It operates on a standard 9-volt DC power supply, with a red LED indicating when the effect is active.

- GREAT FOR NOISE!... When you crank this baby to full repeats, it goes nuts.... and you can just tune the hell out of the feedback.... GREAT!...
