- No secret it´s a clone of Boss´ DS-2. It has all the features, except the very desirable remote jack. In a first listen, comparing them, they would sound almost identical, but the UD100 sounds heavier, with a bit more of background fuzz and the hum is more pronounced. Anyway the pedal is good for the price and even considering I haven´t used it often, it´s more sturdy than its looks.
- Good Points: Good for its price; easy to use; crunchy distortion
- Bad Points: Awful color (any other but pink); a bit noisy on mode 1; no remote function; the PSU jack could be on top; difficult to resell
