Electro Harmonix Octave MultiPlexer
The Electro Harmonix Octave MultiPlexer generates a sub-octave signal one octave below the input, blending it with the dry signal. Its primary control, Blend, adjusts the mix between the dry and effected sound, allowing either the original or the sub-octave to dominate. A separate Volume knob sets the overall output level. The effect tracks monophonic input, producing a synthesized, organ-like tone that follows the pitch of the played note. It operates with a standard 9V power supply and features a bypass switch for true bypass operation.

- This is the first octave pedal I have used and I love it. It can go 1 or 2 octaves down, which is great for getting low rumbles. The high and low filters just subtract a little. The high filter in particular seems to just stop at one point when turning it down. I love running sine waves into it, the high filter adds some distortion and helps it break up, the pedal sort of works like a wave folder.
