Electro Harmonix Stereo Slapback Echo

Electro Harmonix Stereo Slapback Echo

The Electro Harmonix Stereo Slapback Echo is a compact pedal that produces a single, short delay repeat, emulating the classic slapback echo heard in rockabilly and early rock recordings. Its primary control, the Time knob, adjusts the delay time from a very short doubling effect to a longer, more pronounced echo. The Blend knob mixes the dry signal with the delayed signal, allowing for subtle doubling or a more prominent echo effect. The pedal features stereo inputs and outputs, enabling it to process two separate signals or to send the effect to two amplifiers for a wider stereo image. When used in stereo, the delayed signal can be routed to one output while the dry signal goes to the other, or both outputs can carry a mix, depending on the internal switch settings. A true bypass switch preserves the dry signal when the effect is disengaged. The pedal is powered by a standard 9V DC power supply, with a battery option also available.
