  • I use this as a utility compressor to kind of ensure i don't blow up my speakers. I haven't used alot of compressors, but this seems to do the job. It has several modes, including dual mono.
  • Good Points: cheap, small, 2x compressors or 1x stereo.
  • Bad Points: wall wort
  • Price Paid: US$33.00

  • lately i've been on the hunt for good compressors. its an effect that i think is one of the most important for anyone's set-up. i use one in everything i do. i've used the dod milk box and the boss compressor. when i saw this i had to check it out and for several reasons. one being, its digital so naturally i thought it would be quieter than an analog. two, it has two inputs and two outputs. plus a trim control for input and an output volume. its has several different preset compressors that you can choose from but you can tweak all the parameters of those presets. each one has its own qualities and sound, which is nice. you can get a really nice compressed, crisp sound out of it. it has a button that you push to run it through HF filter to add additional high end to your signal to clear up the sound. very nice compressor, different sounding from an analog compressor(some might not like the sound, i do) definitely a good compressor. cheap too.
  • Good Points: 2-inputs 2-outputs alot of control nice sounding compact very indepth manual
  • Bad Points: plastic casing plug for the power doesn't work with other adapters
  • Price Paid: US$100.00
