Apollo Fuzz

Apollo Fuzz

The Apollo Fuzz pedal generates its distortion through a transistor-based fuzz circuit that heavily clips the incoming guitar signal, producing a dense, saturated tone with compressed sustain. Its primary control, labeled Fuzz, adjusts the amount of gain and clipping, ranging from a mild overdrive-like breakup at lower settings to a thick, aggressive wall of fuzz at maximum. A Tone control shapes the high-frequency content, allowing the user to roll off treble for a darker, rounder sound or increase it for added bite and presence. The pedal operates with a standard 9V DC power supply and features a true bypass footswitch that routes the signal directly to the output when disengaged, preserving the original guitar tone when the effect is off. Its compact metal enclosure is designed for pedalboard use, with input and output jacks on the top edge for easy cable routing.
