  • I bought this pedal a few years ago before I started making noise, but it has definately been useful since. the pedal comes with 40 preset effects, which are not very useful, but you can program up to 40 more of your own effects, which is really useful! The expression pedal isn't much use for noise, as you can use the knobs to do the same thing. One thing this pedal is amazing for is low end, I can't emphasize this enough, it just a wall of bass. You also don't need to worry about this pedal getting buried in the mix, no matter where I put it it comes through loud and clear (I find most of the pre-amp settings not so good, but the Dark Side, Tube, and Alien pre-amps are cool). Now some of the downsides; Allot of the 38 digital effects are not very useful; for example, the built in delay caps out at 2 seconds. It is the thing with multi-effects, you have allot of options, but none are very amazing. I find I use the built in EQ significantly more than the effects. Overall this is a pretty diverse pedal, though there are only a few things it does really well.
  • Good Points: - CRUSHING LOW END!! - Well built; solid case - Wide variety of options - Can program 40 custom effects - Digital EQ very useful
  • Bad Points: - Expensive - Needs a specific AC adaptor, which takes up more space on my powerbar. - Many of the built-in effects/pre-amps are not very useful. - Expression pedal no good for noise.
