  • On the worm all the effects on this pedal are quite subtle, the modulated wah is the most extreme and i would say the most useful...from an auto-wah (although it doesnt respond to your picking) to a full-on trip out sound. It can be set in one position as well with the auto setting off. The phaser is very subtle but not useless, colouring tour tone rather than jet-swooshing! Tremelo is the worst effect on here, definitely not squarewave...limited. Vibrato seems ok though i cannot find a use for it. With the mod. wah and a couple of other common pedals i got a convincing guitar synth sound, as far as guitarists are concerned i'd say this pedal was for "leftfield" type players.
  • Good Points: Different, cheap price for 4 effects, can be inspirational.
  • Bad Points: Too big, no battery option, too subtle in area's, only one effect can be used at a time.

  • This is a multi effect modulation pedal. The Phaser is quite good, but it's not nearly as good as a Small Stone - get a Small Stone for bizzre phasing sounds. The Tremalo is weak, there's none of that harsh stuttering that's good for noise. The Modulater Wah is just OK as a filter, but again a dedicated envelope filter is far better. Where this pedal really shines is that it offers true pitch Vibrato. Most vibrato pedals only offer a rotating speaker sound and doesn't alter the pitch. It's still fairly subtle but you can still get some good seasick sounds from it. This pedal is OK but most multi effect processors will offer better modulation effects. It depends whether you are obsessed with an all analog set up.
  • Good Points: True Pitch Vibrato in a pedal.
  • Bad Points: Quite subtle effects. Most effects aren't that good most multieffect processors will offer better sounds. Horrible wall Wart. Massive pedal takes up loads of space.
