- Probably the most "pro" sounding multi I've owned. Quite good for vocal processing and droney, ethereal nonsense! Don't bother trying to power it with a daisychain--stick to using an isolated adapter. Needs an exp. unit to get the most control out of it.
- Good Points: Lots of nice effects--some of the best delay/reverb I've heard in a cheap floor multi-effect! The whole thing is plastic, and it's incredibly light-weight, yet it seems like you'd have to literally attack it with a hammer to destroy it... Very sturdy! Affordable, especially if you get it used. The "weird" effects like the Drone and Ring Mod can sometimes be useful, but they might get old pretty quickly.
- Bad Points: It needs to run with an isolated adapter--it produces lots of noise in a daisychain (you can hear the tuner bleeping and blooping away when hooked to a daisychain). The delay/reverb effects are in the same section, so you can only use a delay or reverb effect, not both at once! Mono output. The manual for the AX3G is the most useless, unhelpful thing ever printed. Probably better for trying to emulate Slowdive or Cocteau Twins with your geetar than for a lot of Noise stuff.
