Morley Emerald Echo
The Morley Emerald Echo is a delay pedal that uses an electro-optical circuit, where a light-dependent resistor controls the delay time. Its Time knob adjusts the spacing between repeats, while the Repeats control sets how many echoes occur before they fade. The Blend knob mixes the dry signal with the delayed signal, allowing for subtle or pronounced echo effects. The pedal features a true bypass switch that preserves the original signal when disengaged. It operates on a standard 9-volt power supply, with no battery compartment, and is housed in a compact, durable metal chassis suitable for pedalboards.

- Decent, no frills analog delay pedal. Not the longest delay, but the sound quality is on par with other units of this era. **can't remember exactly what I paid for it, I got it from Ebay.
- Good Points: easy to use, sturdy construction, and cool sparkly green case. Also, although it's no longer in production, Morley with fix it FOR FREE and ship it back to you! Mine had some serious volume drop out, which I think was endemic to a particular run of these units, and they fixed the problem for me, no questions asked.
- Bad Points: A little noisy (it is an analog delay, after all), not very long delay, and there's still a slightly noticeable volume drop when the unit's on.
