Pearl Octaver OC-07

Pearl Octaver OC-07

The Pearl OC-07 Octaver generates a signal one octave below the incoming note, allowing the original and sub-octave sounds to be blended. Its controls include a direct level for the dry signal and an octave level for the added lower pitch, letting the player balance the two. A tone control shapes the brightness of the effected signal, which can darken or clarify the sub-octave output. The pedal operates in mono, with input and output jacks for standard guitar connections, and is powered by a 9-volt battery or an optional adapter. The tracking responds to single notes, making it suitable for adding depth to lead lines or riffs.

  • Nice octaver pedal. 4 knobs : uper octave, normal, 1oct down, 2 oct down. The bypassed sound is good. You can also use this pedal as a buffer (as boss pedal). The upper octave sound is not a pure octave sound, like you can achieve with a pitch shifter or a whammy, but use your neck pick up and a distortion with it, and it sounds amazing. Much much much better that the boss oc2...
