- Well, this one sounds strange. The distortion is crappy, sounds plastic, and a little bit nasal . You can do some fun things with the equaliser, even though it is not very good either. I got mine for 2 dollars or something, since a friend was going to throw it away after using it 2 times. Well if you want to do make your sound a little bit more odd or to give it a nice touch you can use the equaliser. Well, no matter how crappy a effect might be, you can allways find some way to do nice things with them.
- Good Points: It is cheap. You can do some fun things with the equaliser if you work on it a while. Many sell their rocktech pedals extremely cheap or give them away.
- Bad Points: One of the worst distortions ivé ever heard. Its made in cheap plastic, would probably brake after a regular concert. My knobs started to fall off after ive used it 3 times.

- Got this for free amongst a few other rocktek pedals from a friend. This is the only rocktek pedal that is worth two shits, the rest just make for knob laden paperweights. The distortion is pretty weak sauce, but that should come as no real surprise to anyone. Slacks on clarity in any sense, but what makes this worth a minute or two of your time is as said below, the EQ section.
- Good Points: EQ section works quite well, but in a fairly bizarre manner. Good for adding a touch of extra character to other distortions, beyond that.. not much

- Most likely because this distortion is cheap it has a novel quality to it that I have not heard in other, "better" distortions. The distortion itself is fairly pedestrian, but what's unique about the Metal Worker (dumb name by the way) is its EQ. The low freq knob is set at an odd frequency and bottoms out in compressed synth-like way, almost smothering the sound being put through it. The high freq knob is standard treble until about 3 o'clock where it changes to a nasally-like tone with high mids nastiness.
- Good Points: A cheap, novel distortion. Interesting EQ.
- Bad Points: I wouldn't want to use this as my main distortion - it's too strange.
