Traded a couple of pedals I didn't need anymore for this unit, and was pleasantly surprised with how good of an OD this is. The overdrives are all LOUD and fairly nasty. You can tweak each of the 3 od's seperately for those settings specific times. Adds a nice amount of bass to the incoming signal AND is strong on clarity as well. No muddiness here whatsoever
Good Points: Adds a good deal of bass to the signal. Clear, concise, and fairly nasty sounding LOUD LOUD LOUD.
Bad Points: The third overdrive setting doesn't honestly sound any different than the second (at least as far as noise is concerned). Have to set one of the od's to off and stomp the switch till you hit that setting if you wish to bypass this unit, so instant gratification folk might get a tad annoyed with this. Have to unscrew the entire back panel to get at the battery terminal, but that's nothing that a coping saw won't fix....
