  • i like this much more than the ts9. more options and a much better bass response. can lack some high end, but used with a fuzz/eq or amp with good high end can be amazing.
  • Good Points: nice overdriven sound. great for distorting tube amps. solid construction. good bass boost/response.
  • Bad Points: lacks some high end. hums a lot with a power supply.

  • Very tweekable, but very muffled sound. MUST, in my opinion, be used with a compressor and a good one that can pick the highs out of this pedal if you like and pull the mid-frequencies up
  • Good Points: Great copy of the TS9 sound. Nice for a mellow distortion. Has great TURBO setting as well as the old TS9 with 2 other + and - distortion settings.
  • Bad Points: Sometimes it outputs too much idle fuzz. Muffled sound if the tone isn't all the way up.
